There are some tsukunes and a soft-boiled egg on the rice. This is Tsukune-Don. We had a campus festival at our university two weeks ago. We sold it. Tsukune is a minced chicken formed into bitesized balls. It is very very good taste. It is the most popular of our menu. I want to eat again.
