A few days ago, I went to Nihonmatu-Chochin Festival with my friend. Nihonmatsu is the city where is next to Adachi. Chochin is a paper lantern in English. Many big cart putting some Japanese drums and dressed up with many paper lantern were paraded around the city by uniting a lot of human's power. Adachi is going to be a part of Nihonmatsu city. Are we going to make a cart like this?
